Introduction

In today's puzzle from Cox & Rathvon, we seem to get a little bit of everything thrown into the pot — with no clear theme that I have been able to discern. Perhaps an eagle-eyed reader will be able to find a common thread.

  1. Welcome back. Can't see a theme either, but nursing a bit of a royal family this morning. Great puzzle, in any case. Now, last Saturday's was an ursa major -- a real bear. Half-dozen stars I never heard of before.
