Introduction

Being a Monday puzzle in the U.K., this puzzle is on the easier end of the scale - but one that I found quite enjoyable to do.

Commentary on Today's Puzzle

13d Girl taken by pirate's weaponry (3,3,5)

Here I believe that "pirate" is used in the sense of "to publish, reproduce or use (someone else's literary or artistic work, or ideas) without legal permission", in which case one might be said to borrow the ideas of the original creator.

Signing off for today - Falcon
